  1. The Bay City Rollers have been my favorite band ever since I was 16, which is 36 years ago now. This CD version of their second album contains tracks that weren't available on the original, which I have. This CD is vintage Rollers and sounds just as good now as it did then!
  2. Nowadays, Rollin' is the best known Bay City Rollers album, which is a shame even though the album is quite good. Firstly, it was their most successful album only in the UK. The rest of the world was more fond of Once Upon a Star, Wouldn't You Like It? (both ), and possibly even Dedication (). Secondly, and more importantly, Rollin' is definitely not the best BCR album.

  4. Whatever the usual wet blankets may have to say about The Bay City Rollers - and about plenty more bands and records that they probably deem 'culturally incorrect' - 'Rollin'' is a fun rock'n'roll/bubblegum album that represents the early s pretty well.

  8. Bay City Rollers. The Bay City Rollers were a Scottish pop band whose popularity was highest in the s. The British Hit Singles & Albums noted that they were "tartan teen sensations from Edinburgh", and were "the first of many acts heralded as the 'Biggest Group since The Beatles' and one of the most screamed-at teeny-bopper acts of the s".
